Financial Depression- Sheikh Sulaiman Moola

Every man in in crisis. The only way to avert financial depression is to convince yourself that Allah is the sustainer (the Provider)
"Verily the one who relies on Allah takes life easy"
When you convince yourself that Allah is the Provider, the fluctuation in the currency, the prediction of the economist, competitors in the market will not make any difference to you....

“And whoever fears Allah, for him Allah brings forth a way out, and gives him provision (rizq) from where he does not even imagine…” (Surah At-Talaq: 2/3)

How to overcome Hardship

How can I.................

How can I believe when "lie" just lies in the centre of "believe"

How can I Love when there is "over" in "Lover"

How can I be friends with anyone when we know "end" is there in "friend"

How can I trust anyone when there is "rust" in "Trust"

How can I live a life when there is "if" in "life"?

ALLAH has "ALL" in Him, therefore, I trust, love & believe in ALLAH being the best of ALL!

Quote by Mufti Ismail Menk

Fortunately we still have amongst us those who do not suffer the "rich man's syndrome" that some suffer from.

When wealth gets to the head, it makes one feel that all should bow to him, all are dependent upon him, nothing can happen without him and the whole world rotates because of him.

Although people may befriend those with the "rich man's syndrome" many will admit that it is based solely on material gain even if they are being abused or disrespected. This is either due to their desperation, love for wealth or foolishness.

Wealth only facilitates material luxury but cannot create true friends, cannot guarantee a happy life, cannot ensure good health and does not necessarily depict the happiness of the Almighty.

In fact many who are wealthy have a much more stressful life, full of misery, with family members fighting each other for their chunk and all sorts of other issues.

Wealth will never benefit us unless we have spent it correctly, become even more humble and down to earth than before and realised that it is one of the greatest tests of the Almighty that will not last forever.

Never let the amount of wealth you have make you forget that you are a human being just like the rest and you have a Maker to answer to.

Be humble, develop your character and help the poor and needy whilst you can.

Quote by Mufti Menk Ismail

Life was not given to us to be perfect. Every single person will go through tests & hardships. Nobody will have a perfect life.

Life must have it's ups and downs.

Those who resign to the Decree of the Almighty & are pleased with it, lead the happiest lives. Try ur best & leave the rest in His Hands.

Paradise would lose it's value if life was to be perfect!

Life is also too short to be lead in the disobedience of the One we will very soon return to.

We get so caught up in this material world and before we know it, we have returned to the Almighty unprepared.

Prepare for the inevitable too.

When our pleasure is sought through His displeasure, we stand to lose much. It is definitely not worth the deal.

Surat an Nahl

To the righteous (when) it is said, "What is it that your Lord has revealed?" they say, "All that is good." To those who do good, there is good in this world, and the home of the hereafter is even better and excellent indeed is the home of the righteous. (Surat an-Nahl: 30-31)

Allah created the earth for us

"He (Allah) is the Creator of the heavens and the earth..." (Surat ash-Shura: 11)

Allah is the One Who created earth, the Sun, stars and Moon. So how did all the living things on earth come into being? Imagine a huge planet with its surface completely empty. There are no humans or animals, no plants or insects.

Earth has been decorated in a lot of detail for living things to survive. Allah is the One Who has given earth all these details. Otherwise none of us would have been able to live, neither you, nor your parents, or indeed any of your friends would have been here.

Let's consider how Allah created the earth so that living things can survive:

1. Think about… how orderly everything in the universe is. The sun has been put in the exact position from which it could warm us and give us light at the same time. If there were no sun, there would not have been one living thing on earth. Neither us, nor the animals nor any other creatures would have been able to live.

2. Allah has also distanced the sun from earth to just the right extent. If earth was a little bit closer to the sun, the heat would have scorched it and we would not have been able to live. If earth was a little more distant from the sun, then glaciers would have covered it and again, few living things would have been able to survive. This is one of the reasons why there is no life on other planets, because they are either too close to the sun or too distant from it.

3. As you know, living things need to breathe in order to live. We need oxygen in the air so that we can breathe. Exactly the right amount of oxygen exists in the air so that human beings can breathe. If there were a little bit more or a little bit less, neither we, nor the animals, nor the plants would have survived, because, as we have already said, we need to breathe in order to live. For this we need oxygen.

4. One of the most important things that make it possible for us to survive is water. No organism can live without water. For this reason, Allah has created some parts of earth as water. Three quarters of earth's surface is covered with water. However, there is no water on any of the other planets nor is there any water on the moon that you see at night. The essentials for living things are only available on earth.

Many events on earth make it possible for us to live. If even only one of these events doesn't take place, no living thing would be left on earth. So, is it possible that these thousands of events have come together spontaneously and formed such a place as earth? Of course not. Not even one of these events could happen by chance. Allah has created earth for human beings. And, because of this, earth is the most suitable place for us.

Thinking seriously about faith...

A person comes across hundreds of things to distract his attention in the course of the day. During the busy daily life, it is only possible to deepen one’s faith and reflect with more certainty on the existence of the Hereafter by way of true faith. In particular, thinking about death and realizing that that one’s existence in this world will come to an end at a time appointed by Allah (God) and that one can embark on one’s eternal life at any moment take on a very distinct form in the mind.

That is because with death, many worldly things that had been of such value up until then, that had seemed so important and had such time expended on them, will lose all significance. The proximity of Paradise and Hell can be better realized with this seriousness of faith that thinking about death brings with it. One obtains a deeper understanding of the proximity of the Hereafter and that the world is merely a place of testing. People who do not understand faith as it requires have a vague view of death and the Hereafter in the life of this world. But when faced with death, this vagueness will become a sharp accuracy, and all these people will grasp the reality of the Hereafter in full clarity. This clear understanding at the moment of death is revealed as follows in the Qur’an:

The throes of death come revealing the truth. That is what you were trying to evade! The Trumpet will be blown. That is the Day of the Threat. Every self will come together with a driver and a witness: “You were heedless of this so We have stripped you of your covering and today your sight is sharp.” (Surah Qaf, 19-22)

The words “… You were heedless of this so We have stripped you of your covering...” in the verse are to be interpreted in terms of people living heedless of the transitory nature of the life of this world, the existence of the Hereafter and the Day of Judgment. At the moment of death, however, even someone who has never thought about Paradise and Hell during his life acquires a far sharper perspective and clear understanding. But that person’s test is now over and the verdict has been given. There is no way back. There is no possibility of one’s wish that “I have understood the reality, so let me start my test all over again” becoming a reality.

Since believers have a great fear of encountering such a situation in the Hereafter they spend their lives looking for ways to draw closer to Allah and have a deeper faith. Believers look only to Allah’s good pleasure, mercy and Paradise. Everyone must achieve a serious comprehension of the proximity of Paradise and Hell before the moment of death arrives, and must turn to our Almighty Lord.

Harun Yahya

Being difficult to please is not a feature of a believer

Why does someone dislike an object and regard it as worthless? Someone living in a mansion, for instance, may not like an apartment and may criticize the décor. Yet an apartment block will seem like a palace for anyone who lives in a hovel, under much worse conditions.

Why does a person not admire someone else's intelligence? Because he believes himself to be far more intelligent. Why does a person not enjoy someone else's ideas? Because he has much better ones. Why does a person not value someone else's profession? Because he imagines that he possesses far greater abilities. Not liking things, therefore, generally means that one possesses a better version of them.

Therefore, those who wish to give the impression that they possess the best of everything never much care for anything. Even if they do like something, they never admit it and always try to find some fault to criticize. For example, someone who accompanies friends to a high-class restaurant will always look for something wrong with the food, or the décor, or the behavior of the waiters, even though he has never been to such a high-class restaurant all his life. He will imply that he's eaten in far superior places by offering such criticisms as "I didn't think the food was all that good. The view was very poor, and how did they do such decoration? It was distressing."

Whenever young girls see a more attractive rival, they always look for flaws to emphasize their own superiority. A girl who admires her own hair, if she sees someone with even prettier hair, will make criticisms like "Look at her hair, that style really doesn't suit her, and it looks a bit thin." When a tall girl sees another prettier, but slightly shorter girl, she will immediately seek to belittle her by saying how short she is.

Due to that mistaken mindset in ignorant societies, you'll never hear anyone praising anyone whom they perceive to be superior, more intelligent, attractive or talented. It is next to impossible to see a newspaper commentator praising other newsmen of roughly the same age, praising them as more intelligent, or saying that their analyses are more accurate than his own. It's equally rare for any artist to esteem another artist whom he regards as enjoying the same standing, or to admit that the other artist is more beautiful and talented. Rather, one generally sees fierce criticism raging between such people. For instance, one psychologist will not like the methods employed by another. A dietician will criticize the methods used by another dietician, and a television presenter will always find something to criticize in his rivals.

There is a certain purpose and wisdom in the creation of everything

All Mighty Allah creates everything with wisdom and good. Congenital insensitivity is also one of the perfect examples of this creation of Allah. That is because, if Allah did not create such a sickness, no one would be aware of pain’s significance for the protection of body, which would be instrumental in one’s gratitude to Allah. The traits that exemplify the good Allah creates in everything are surely not limited to these. Our Lord also creates an important inspiration for the medical world to correct a disorder that some people suffer. That is because in the process of research of this disorder connections among signals and reactions and the details pertaining to them can be resolved. With this data scientists can produce new drugs that will reduce the pain caused by some certain diseases.

In the Qur’an, our Almighty Allah relates that everything He creates has a reason:

We did not create heaven and earth and everything in between them as a game. If We had desired to have some amusement, We would have derived it from Our Presence, but We did not do that. (Surat al-Anbiya’- 16–17)

The miracle of antioxidant

The miracle of antioxidant- By Harun Yahya

Antioxidant is a chemical molecule which forms a shield against molecules called “free radicals” that attack cells and immune system.

Antioxidants that are produced by somatic cells hinder the disruptive effects of free radicals which can cause a great risk to the body. It also delays the chain reactions which can cause abiotrophy and many other diseases.

There are many factors that lead to the formation of free radicals. These include: Petrochemical products, X an UV rays, cigarette smoke, air pollution, even preservative substances and additives in some food and drinks.

Some enzymes are tasked against these substances which are extremely harmful for our body under normal conditions. When we breathe and take air into our lungs, these enzymes convert the harmful effects of free radicals into harmless intermediates. The enzymes in charge of this process are catalase, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase.

Similar to cleaning workers in a nuclear reactor doing their job meticulously, catalase, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase change the dangerous effects into less harmful ones during inhalation process.

Apart from enzymes, the vitamins E and C, the molecules called carotene and glutathione are also effective in eliminating the harmful effects of free radicals. Many vegetables and fruits, walnut, hazelnut, vegetable oils, red and white meat, fish and cereals are rich in antioxidant.

Creation of a great number of healthy foods and protective molecules to eliminate the harmful effects of free radicals, are undoubtedly a great blessing for human beings.

Humans are neither aware of the presence of free radicals posing a threat to their health, nor have the power to eliminate the reactions caused by it on their own. The intensive precautionary actions of antioxidants which exist in molecules and foods—provided for humans by Allah—conduce them to stay alive and healthy. Absence of antioxidant enzymes causes diseases and death. The existence of these enzymes also constitutes an evidence that there can’t be any gradual formation as the theory of evolution claims.

Indeed, these enzymes are able to work perfectly only when all their components are intact. In other words, a slight change in their perfect structure can cause terminal illnesses and deaths. This shows that the enzymes with their flawless structure, are created by Allah, the Almighty by His command “Be”.

He has given you everything you have asked Him for. If you tried to number Allah’s blessings, you could never count them. Man is indeed wrongdoing, ungrateful. (Surah Ibrahim: 34)

Never forget to repent and ask for forgiveness for your wrongdoings

But to those who do evil in ignorance and then after that repent and put things right, to them your Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat an-Nahl: 119)

Having a grasp of the importance of sincerity towards Allah leads one not to falter in turning to Him, and to repent and seek His forgiveness, no matter what the wrongdoing may be. This is example of Allah's infinite mercy, as recounted in the Qur'an:

Anyone who does evil or wrongs himself and then asks Allah's forgiveness will find Allah Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat an-Nisa': 110)

Allah grants His servants the opportunity to make amends for any wrongdoing. In Allah's sight, what matters is not the significance or insignificance of the wrongdoing, but one's sincerity. This is certainly a great mercy bestowed upon believers:

Those who, when they act indecently or wrong themselves, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their bad actions-for who can forgive bad actions except Allah?-and do not knowingly persist in what they were doing. (Surah Al 'Imran: 135)

Believers must acknowledge that no matter how serious a mistake may be-even the greatest offence one could possibly imagine, turning to Allah with a sincere repentance will relieve that person of his burden. As the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not.(Abu Dawud)

It may well be that a person had disbelieved all through his life, until that very moment. He may have pursued only his whims and desires. However, in return for one's repentance for his wrongdoings, following a firm and sincere resolve never to commit the same error again, one can always hope for Allah's forgiveness. Remember that to enjoy the relief from the burden of the offences committed against Allah only takes a moment through sincere repentance and is the only way to salvation. Basically, a person needs to only keep his promise to Allah and be sincere to Him:

Allah only accepts the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and then quickly make repentance after doing it. Allah turns towards such people. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. There is no repentance for people who persist in doing evil until death comes to them and who then say, "Now I make repentance," nor for people who die disbelievers. We have prepared for them a painful punishment. (Surat an-Nisa': 17-18)

No matter what the sin may be, never forget to turn to Allah in repentance. Keeping in mind that death may come upon you at any moment, bringing to a sudden end any further opportunity to repent, ask for forgiveness now.

Certainly, it is difficult except for the humble (Surat al-Baqara: 45); but remember that such people will enter Hell abjectly (Surah Ghafir: 60), and be dragged face-first into the Fire (Surat al-Qamar: 48). On that day they will be banned from the presence of their Lord; Allah will neither speak to them nor purify them...

Except for those who repent and believe and act rightly: Allah will transform the wrong actions of such people into good-Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful-for certainly all who make repentance and act rightly have turned sincerely towards Allah. (Surat al-Furqan: 70-71)

The Greatest Pre-Occupation

“Whosoever loves that Allâh should open-up his heart for him and grant light to him, then let him abandon speech about that which does not concern him, and abandon sins and turn away from acts of disobedience. Then there will be between him and Allâh a hidden treasure of good actions. So if this is done, then Allâh will open up such knowledge for him, that will preoccupy him. And indeed in death is the greatest pre-occupation."Imâm al-Shâfi’î

The miracle of the Sun

The Sun is the largest body in the Solar System. It is exceedingly hot and consists of burning gases. Explosions like millions of atom bombs going off take place the whole time on its surface. These explosions throw up giant flames 40 or 50 times bigger than our Earth.

The Sun is like a huge ball of fire that gives off enormous heat and light from its surface. Space, however, is pitch black. Our Earth is a heavenly body in that blackness. And, no other heavenly body in that darkness apart from the Sun can warm and brighten our Earth. Were it not for the Sun, it would be permanent night, and everywhere would be covered in ice. Life would therefore be impossible, and we would not exist.

The heat given off by the Sun is very high during the summer. And yet, the Sun is millions of kilometers away from the Earth, and only 0.2 percent of the heat it gives off actually reaches the Earth. Since temperatures on Earth can be so high, even though the Sun is so far away, what can the temperature on the Sun itself be like?

The temperature on the surface of the Sun is 6,000 degrees Celsius, and 12 million degrees Celsius inside it.

Allah has created the perfect distance between the Earth and the Sun. If the Sun were just a little bit closer to us, then everything on Earth would dry up and burn. However, if it were any further away, then everything would be covered in ice. Either way, of course, life would be impossible.

Polar regions, which receive less heat from the Sun, are permanently covered in ice, while Equatorial regions, which receive more, are always hot. However, this difference in temperature between the Poles and the Equator leads to a moderate climate on the Earth as a whole, and thus to a climate capable of supporting life. This is one of the countless signs of Allah’s love for us. If He had not created the ideal distance between the Sun and the Earth, life on Earth would have been impossible.

If the Sun were any larger or any smaller, or if it were any closer to or any further away from the Earth, it would be impossible to live on our planet.

However, Allah has created the Sun, the Earth, and the order in the Solar System in just such a way as to allow us to live in comfort. Another verse from the Qur’an tells us how the Sun and the Moon are always moving at Allah’s command:

He has made night and day subservient to you, and the Sun and Moon and stars, all subject to His command. There are certainly signs in that for people who use their intellect. (Surat an-Nahl, 12)

The miracle of seed

Everyone knows what a seed is..

But perhaps they have never considered how countless different plants come from a little thing that looks like a piece of wood.

But if you think more carefully about a seed, you will see that it is a great miracle. The colors, designs, smells and all the other qualities of the plants you see around are hidden in a tiny seed.

Actually, every seed is a wonderful data bank.

Seeds contain the information for each branch and leaf of the plant they belong to, the number and shape of the leaves, the color and thickness of the outside covering, the number and size of the tubes that transport water and nourishment; the height of the plant, whether or not it will bear fruit, and if it bears fruit, its taste, smell, shape and color.

In short, seeds contain all the information that can be known about a plant.

The redness of a rose, the veins in a leaf, the number of leaves, their texture and velvety softness and the proportion of substances that give a rose its smell are all pieces of this information.

It is this information that makes grapes come from little sacks filled with sweet water that grow on vine branches that look like dry sticks. The information that makes the skin of a grape different from a hazel-nut shell, and gives each of them the color, taste, smell, the vitamins it contains; what causes the watery texture of one and the dry texture of the other is all included in the embryo of every seed.

Human beings use computers to store information. Special computer components called hard disks are designed to store information. These high-tech devices are quite primitive when compared with a tiny seed. Within a seed there are hundreds of thousands of pages of information and complex systems that human beings have not yet been able to understand or replicate.

This is because Allah created the seed. And Allah brought into being the systems contained within it.

A tiny seed by itself is a proof of Allah’s incomparable and magnificent art of Creation.

Every seed is encompassed by Allah’s knowledge; it grows with His knowledge and becomes a plant.

Allah reveals this truth in a verse of the Qur’an:

The keys of the Unseen are in His possession. No one knows them but Him. He knows everything in the land and sea. No leaf falls without His knowing it. There is no seed in the darkness of the earth, and nothing moist or dry which is not in a Clear Book. (Surat Al-An‘am, 59)

Allah is He Who splits the seed and kernel. He brings forth the living from the dead, and produces the dead out of the living. That is Allah, so how are you perverted? (Surat Al-An‘am, 95)

The new shield protecting the earth

The new shield protecting the earth
Earth’s Space Storm Shield

Recent reseach about space reveal new scientific discoveries presenting that our Earth and the universe are created from nothing. New observations from a NASA spacecraft revealed that the Earth’s outer athmosphere acts like a heat shield by absorbing energy from space storms.

Scientific observations reveal that a layer in the Earth’s outer atmosphere acts like a shield by absorbing energy from space storms which reduces their ability to heat the lower athmosphere. This way this layer fulfills a mission of vital importance for the survival of life on Earth.

However, it imposes a heavy toll for its services by creating a billion-degree cloud of electrified gas, or plasma, that surrounds our planet. The plasma cloud is so ferociously hot, its particles act like radiation, occasionally disrupting satellites in mid to high orbits.

Although past space missions gave provisional evidence for this behavior, IMAGE (NASA's Imager for Magnetopause to Aurora Global Exploration) provides the first global picture of the active role Earth's ionosphere plays in space storms, which is very different from the earlier view that the solar wind itself supplied the energetic particles responsible for these storms.

Space shield in action

The Earth's space storm shield is a tenuous layer of the outer atmosphere (outer ionosphere) between 300-1,000 kilometers high that includes electrically charged atoms. "Just as a heat shield sacrifices itself by allowing its outer layers to slough off during the fiery reentry of a spacecraft, Earth's shield absorbs space storm energy by throwing some of its charged particles into space," said Stephen Fuselier of the Lockheed-Martin Advanced Technology Center, Palo Alto, Calif., who is lead author of the first of two papers on this discovery to be published in the Journal of Geophysical Research.

Our world is protected from space storms by this miraculous system based on extremly delicate balances. This special system surely did not come into existence by itself. It is our All Mighty Allah Who created this perfect system in the universe.

Another threat the storm shield protects us from is the sun winds. These winds that blow with 400 kps are made up of electrically charged particles that rapidly pass through the Earth’s magnetic field. During this voyage a tremendous electric current of millions of ampers come into being. This electric current moves towards the magnetic field lines which are invisible to the eye and, especially on the polar regions, trillions of watt of energy are pumped to the athmosphere.

In the absence of storm shield of the Earth, this heat coming from a huge electric current would render life on Earth impossible. The magnetic field of the world prevents the direct striking of sun winds to our atmosphere and the erosions that occur in time.

By means of the unique system our Lord creates the sun winds strike magnetosphere and enclose our planet. These explosions reach a greater speed and density with the explosions in the Sun and the force of the collision attain even greater dimensions with the contribution of space storms. Our Earth that is exposed to this intense storm bombardment is protected by means of this shield, which is one of the proofs of Allah’s superior creation.

The Skies are a protected ceiling

The protective structure of the atmosphere may not occur to the mind of the majority of people who look at the heavens. However our atmosphere acts almost as a conscious being that struggles to protect our world. All scientific observations affirm that life on Earth is protected by this feature of the atmosphere. This in turn shows us that with its flawless creation, Allah gave the atmosphere to our service.

Another point that deserves mention here is the fact that this perfect system Allah created in the atmosphere is also proclaimed in the Qur’an. In one verse of the Qur’an Allah relates this important feature of the atmosphere which is discovered by the technology of the 21st century:

We made the sky a preserved and protected roof yet still they turn away from Our Signs. (Surat al-Anbiya’: 32)

Another important feature of the atmosphere is its system of reflecting.

The two outermost layers of the atmosphere are the ionosphere and magnetosphere. Ionosphere reflects the radio waves coming from the Earth back to the Earth and ensures that broadcasts are received from far distances. Magnetosphere, on the other hand, collects the harmful radioactive particles emanating from the Sun and other stars and send them back to the space before reaching the Earth. All these reveal that there is a very perfect system of reflection in the atmosphere.

That the best environment is laid for the survival of life on Earth is a proof of Allah’s flawless and harmonious creation. In the Qur’an Allah states that He is the Owner of everything in the world and everything submits to Him. In the Surat al-Baqara Allah relates thus:

No, everything in the heavens and earth belongs to Him. Everything is obedient to Him (Surat al-Baqara, 116-117)

People of the book are one another's trusted friends

Islam is the religion of peace, love and compassion. However, nowadays certain circles are trying to give Islamic morality the wrong image. The religion of Islam commands people to create an "abode of peace and well-being" on the face of the Earth, but those circles try to show the opposite of this as if there was a conflict between followers of other religions and Muslims. However, the view Islamic morality takes of Jews and Christians known in the Qur'an as the "People of the Book" is extremely just and merciful. God makes this known in the Qur'an as follows:

God does not forbid you from being good to those who have not fought you in the religion or driven you from your homes, or from being just towards them. God loves those who are just. (Qur'an, 60:8)
Only argue with the People of the Book in the kindest way - except in the case of those of them who do wrong - saying, "We believe in what has been sent down to us and what was sent down to you. Our God and your God are one and we submit to Him." (Qur'an, 29:46)

The Qur'an states that there are those among the People of the Book who are sincere in their belief:

Among the People of the Book there are some who believe in God and in what has been sent down to you and what was sent down to them, and who are humble before God. They do not sell God's signs for a paltry price. Such people will have their reward with their Lord. And God is swift at reckoning. (Qur'an, 3:199)
... There is a community among the People of the Book who are upright. They recite God's signs throughout the night, and they prostrate. They believe in God and the Last Day, and enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and compete in doing good. They are among the righteous. You will not be denied the reward for any good thing you do. God knows those who guard against evil. (Qur'an, 3:113-115)
Those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabaeans and the Christians, all who believe in God and the Last Day and act rightly will feel no fear and will know no sorrow. (Qur'an, 5:69)

In the books of truth sent by God as guidance to His people, a community model is described that is based on love, peace, compassion and justice. For example, in the Qur'an God tells that the Torah brought down to the Jews is a guidance for people:
We sent down the Torah containing guidance and light, and the prophets who had submitted themselves gave judgment by it for the Jews - as did their scholars and their rabbis - by what they had been allowed to preserve of God's Book to which they were witnesses... (Qur'an, 5:44)
The arguments and conflicts between Jews, Christians and Muslims based on historical problems, prejudices, misunderstandings and misapprehensions should be put to an end once and for all. Followers of all three religions should live in mutual understanding and compassion. What is important is to bring up points in common rather than differences, to be helpful rather than troublesome, constructive rather than destructive, cooperative rather than obstructive, integral rather than separate, and to cause unity rather than segregation. In the Qur'an God makes known as follows this responsibility of the believers:

Those who do not believe are the friends and protectors of one another. If you do not act in this way there will be turmoil in the land and great corruption. (Qur'an, 8:73)

God has ordered the believers to be the peacemakers and protectors of peace on Earth. He has condemned those who disturb peace on Earth, declare war without just cause (such as defense or salvation from oppression), disrupters, and killers of innocent people. Our Lord has ordered believers to create a world where all people can live in peace and it is one of the important responsibilities to ensure peace and security for mankind.
At the root of wars, conflicts and all forms of corruption is man's distancing from the true religious moral values. Sometimes the perverse interpretations of certain individuals allegedly in the name of religion can influence people who have insufficient knowledge of the true religious ethic. And this may cause them to commit acts that are totally inappropriate in terms of religious ethic. The solidarity of the believers gains importance in the face of people who believe in the necessity of solving disagreements and problems by violent means, those who persecute people with oppressive and despotic implementations.
Every Christian, Muslim or Jewish believer is obliged to do his utmost to strive to this end. It is right for those Muslims, Jews and Christians who believe in one God, who try to gain His approval, who have surrendered to Him, whose hearts are bound to Him, who praise Him, and who essentially defend the same values, to act in partnership. Sincere believers should unite in order to live according to the moral values of religion, prevent the disasters caused by irreligion, struggle intellectually against atheism and materialism.
Prejudices arising from ignorance or the provocations of those who are against the religious moral values should be banished. Jews, Christians and Muslims should try to cooperate to spread the high moral values on Earth. This cooperation should be built on the founding principles of love, respect, compassion, understanding, harmony and cooperation. It is necessary to consider the immediate need for action, and to keep far away from elements that can lead to conflict, argument and dissidence. In the Qur'an the Muslims' call to the People of the Book for unity is made known as follows:

Say: "People of the Book! Come to a proposition which is the same for us and you - that we should worship none but God and not associate any partners with Him and not take one another as lords besides God." (Qur'an, 3:64)
